This One Mineral Builds Connecting Tissue & Bone, Improves Cardiovascular Health, & Detoxes Aluminum
Due to large scale mono-culture agriculture’s disregard for proper farming methods, most of us are mineral deficient. And minerals are even more important than vitamins. Only enzymes are more important than minerals.
Major or macro minerals include calcium, magnesium, sodium and others. Iron, iodine, silica, and others are considered trace or micro minerals because less quantities of each is required. Major mineral supplements are usually measured in milligrams (mg) while trace mineral supplements are usually measured in micrograms (mcg)
Silica is an important trace mineral for human beings, but most are unaware of its importance. Dr. Barbara Hendel, author of the book Water & Salt stated: “Silica is the most important trace mineral for human health.”
Lately, silica (Si) is getting more notice for its more important functions. Sometimes called the “beauty mineral” because it improves skin elasticity and hair and nail growth, a few other more important aspects have been recently explored.
Silica helps ensure collagen elasticity of all connecting tissues in the body, including tendons and cartilage. This reduces aches and pains and maintains your body’s flexibility. It has also been determined that high levels of blood serum silica keep arterial plaque from building and clogging blood vessels.
The buildup of calcium in arteries leads to calcification within arterial walls, which can be attributed to heart disease more than falsely labeled-as-dangerous high cholesterol. When excess calcium in the blood is not absorbed as bone matter, this danger arises.
To ensure the bone building procedure is proper vitamin K2, magnesium, and silica or silicon are needed. Otherwise the unhealthy situation of increased blood serum calcium appears, leading to arterial deposits that form plaque.
Food sources with the highest silica concentrations: Food grade diatomaceous earth, which can be purchased online cheaply; Horsetail herbal tinctures or extracts; and cucumbers. Organic cucumbers are available at reasonable prices. In addition to being an excellent source of high silica, cucumbers are highly alkalizing.
Though not as high as the last three sources, unrefined whole grains such as rye, barley, and oats are good sources of silica. So are alfalfa sprouts nuts, and other seeds. Silica is vital for keeping strong bones and a healthy cardiovascular system.
Then there’s the issue of aluminum, which commonly consumed silica detoxes from tissues not protected by the blood brain barrier but cannot detox the brain itself.
Mineral Water Sources with Ionic Suspensions of Silica Do Penetrate the Blood Brain Barrier
There is no shortage of aluminum toxicity in our environment. It’s in cookware, beverage containers, foil, second hand cigarette smoke, cosmetics, sunscreen, and chemtrail residues have shown high levels of nanoparticle aluminum, and it is in all vaccines.
Dr. Chris Exley, PhD, has dedicated almost two decades of his scientific life to researching aluminum toxicity. He calls the period of time from the early 20th Century to now the “Age of Aluminum.”
Before then, aluminum remained in the ground and hadn’t yet been mined. Exley claims mining aluminum and using it in so many ways corresponds to the marked increase of neurological diseases.
Exley explains how aluminum accumulates in tissue that doesn’t have a rapid cellular turnover. The slow turnover tissues are contained in bone matter, the heart and the brain. The brain and its associated nervous system is where diseases such as Parkinson’s, MS, chronic fatigue and other neurological or auto-immune diseases manifest.
Exley recommends a couple of pricey mineral waters high in silica that better health food stores carry or can be ordered on line. They are Volvic and Fiji mineral waters. Stay away from sweetened and flavored versions, clear mineral water only.
He preferred them because they had ionic suspensions of silicic acid that will penetrate the blood brain barrier. He claimed positive results occurred with vaccine injured children drinking these waters. Both brain tissue calcification and aluminum toxicity are linked to Alzheimer’s disease as well as other neurological disorders.
So when it comes to gray matter, Dr. Exley is convinced that mineral water approach is the best. Aluminum is passed out through the urine when one supplements silica. It seems there’s little danger of taking too much, as long as adequate water is consumed and vitamin B1 and potassium levels are maintained.
