Just one tip, before each one, gently cleanse and exfoliate for the best results.
1.Easy to make, cheap to buy, worth a try! – Honey and Cinnamon Mask
Honey – sweet and beautiful remedy that is very efficient in killing bacteria and also helps in absorption of excess oil resulting in prevention of acne.
Cinnamon can be kinda harsh for yourself if you have a sensitive skin.
Put 3 tea spoons of honey and 1/2 tea spoon of cinnamon. You just mix the two ingredients together, put it on your face for 20-30 minutes and then rinse with warm water. You will love the peeling effect of it and it will make your skin tender and smooth.

2.Simple and easy – AVOCADO & Yogurt Mask!
The power of avocado is astonishing when it comes to its ingredients because the avocado is rich with sources such as:
- Calcium
- Potassium
- Unsaturated fatty acids
- Folic acid
- Vitamin A, B, K
The above mentioned ingredients regenerates the skin by stimulating the synthesis of collagen, have an anti-inflammatory effects, pump in moisture into your skin and other anti-aging effects.
Yogurt – especially recommended for acne prone skin, the yogurt contains lactic acid that kills bacteria and restores the pH of your skin.
Mix 1/3 ripe avocado and mash it up until it turns lump free. Mix into the pulp 1 spoon of organic yogurt and add ½ spoon of honey. Mix them until you get a uniform consistency mixture. After this process is done, apply the mixture on your skin and let it dry in the next 15-20 minutes. On the end, rinse it off with lukewarm water.
Note that you can add Olive Oil to the mask at your choice!

3.Banana Mask with Yogurt and Honey
Your third choice for the anti-aging therapy on a budget will be the banana mask! Banana mask can moisturize your skin and make it look and feel softer. To create this mask, you need to mix a banana into a smooth paste adding half cup of plain yogurt and 1 or 2 spoons of honey. After the mixture is done, apply the mask on the facial and neck area and let it stay for 15-20 minutes, then rinse it with cold water.
Note: This mask nourishes your skin, has an anti-aging effects, gives instant glow and hydrates skin from within!
FOLLOW THESE RULES:
- Apply 1 mask of your choice in the afternoon
- Apply 1 mask of your choice 1 hour before going to bed
- Gently cleanse and exfoliate for best results
- Get a special towel for your face and never use it for other body parts
- Drink a lot of water and try to avoid fast food and sodas
