Stomach heaviness (dyspepsia):
The scientific name is “dyspepsia,” but you do not have to know it to fight against its discomforts: nausea, bloating, poor digestion, the feeling of being “smeared”

Recipes:

Remedies:
Bay leaves: To facilitate digestion, chew a bay leaf before having your meal.
Ginger: Take 1 teaspoon of grated ginger or powdered daily after meals against heartburn.
Clove: Chew one clove and keep it as long as possible in your mouth. it doesn’t have only an effect on the stomach, but also on the breath.
